Quokkababy Hip Seat

The Quokkababy Hip Seat is an ergonomic hip seat designed as a support system for carrying a baby quickly and comfortably in everyday situations. It is recommended from approximately 6 months, once the baby can sit upright, up to 3 years or a maximum weight of 20 kg.

Its seat features a rigid EPP structure with an approximate 20° incline, designed to provide a stable base and support an “M” leg position. As it does not include a back panel or shoulder straps, it works as a practical complement to conventional babywearing systems for situations involving frequent ups and downs.

Ergonomic Seat with EPP Structure

The seat core is made of EPP (Expanded Polypropylene), a lightweight and rigid material that provides a stable support surface. The base includes an anti-slip surface and an approximate 20° incline.

The inner structure can be removed via a zip, making it easier to clean and maintain the textile part of the product.

Padded and Breathable Waist Belt

The Hip Seat is secured around the waist with a padded belt featuring a double fastening system: high-resistance hook-and-loop closure and a safety buckle with adjustable webbing.

The inner side includes 3D technical mesh to improve ventilation in the area in contact with the wearer. The waist adjustment range is approximately 65 to 120 cm.

4 Carrying Positions

The design allows the seat to be used as support in different situations:

• On the hip.
• Front position, with the baby facing the wearer.
• Front position, with the baby facing outwards for occasional use.
• As a support in cradle position during breastfeeding or resting moments.

The Hip Seat is designed as a complement to ergonomic baby carriers for moments when the baby needs to be picked up and put down frequently.
