Quokkababy Hip Seat is an ergonomic hip seat designed to complement baby carriers. It is created to reduce strain on arms and back when carrying a baby in everyday situations. Its inclined seat (≈20°) with a non-slip base promotes the “M” position and improves the child's stability, while the adjustable belt comfortably fits various sizes. It features a functional side pocket and is made with a technical EVA foam interior and breathable mesh. It allows for 4-in-1 use (hip, front facing the caregiver, front facing out, and cradle position for breastfeeding). It is not a hands-free baby carrier: the baby must be supported with at least one arm.

Its rigid and elevated base allows the legs to remain in the "M" position even when the baby is facing out. It is a more respectful option for occasional exploration.

The Quokkababy Hip Seat offers four ergonomic and practical carrying positions. In all of them, the baby must be supported with at least one arm, as it is not a hands-free carrier.

1. Hip Position

• The most instinctive and common position, ideal for when the baby is supported with one arm at the side.
• Relieves the strain on the caregiver’s arm by redistributing the weight to the waist.
• Allows for visual contact with the baby and responsiveness to their need for closeness.

2. Front Facing the Caregiver

• Perfect for calm moments, bonding, or short walks.
• Promotes eye contact and emotional connection.
• The inclined and structured seat helps maintain the natural "M" position.

3. Front Facing Outward (occasional use)

• Allows the baby to explore their surroundings from a more active and open position.
• Unlike structured carriers, it does not put tension on the child’s back or force them against the caregiver’s body.
• Thanks to the rigid seat, the ergonomic "M" position is maintained, reducing the common risks of this orientation.

4. Cradle Position (breastfeeding or resting)

• Ideal for breastfeeding on the go or when the baby needs horizontal support.
